Quality Management

Our company integrates design, production and craft processing, continuously optimizes the production process, strengthens the quality control of each link and the "Look Back" supervision mechanism. We regards quality as our lives, and under the premise of ensuring quality, we strive to achieve "efficiency improvement" and "cost reduction", and strive to increase product premiums for customers.

Our quality monitoring runs through the entire order. From the entry of raw materials to the warehousing of finished products, every link has undergone strict inspection and acceptance to ensure high quality. Most of our clients do not need to come to the door or send a third party to inspect the goods. But our own QC department will automatically sample and take pictures for customers, and provide the internal inspection report to customers. Because we believe that only stable quality can have stable cooperation.


For example: Avoidance of missing parts:

1.  Every part and accessories will be rechecked according to the packing list before packaging.
2.  A weighing and testing machine will alarm automatically when there are missing or multiple pieces, and it will push the product directly to the defective area.
3.  All small parts, such as screw bags and small support feet, are counted in groups. If there is a discrepancy in the number of accessories after a group is packaged, the group of products will be immediately isolated and re-inspected.
